Our chef, Brandon Scimeca belives that food shoud be made from quality fresh ingredients, handled with care, and used at the height of freshness.

That is why we grow much of our own produce. In this, our mission is simple, to provide the finest foods made from the freshest ingredients. Our chef seeks out produce from local farmers, meat from organic breeders, and staples from the most pure sources.
